Overnight Retail Merchandiser - Schamburg, IL (Driveline Albertsons)

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Overnight Retail Merchandisers for a 5-day project at Albertsons stores within a 30-mile radius of Schamburg, IL. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience. You will support a large retail reset by replacing paper price tags with electronic shelf labels and documenting progress using our app.

Schedule & Hours

• Pay: $19 per hour
• Start Date: August 23rd, 2026
• Start Time: 10:00 PM
• Shift Length: 8.5 hours (Unpaid Lunch Break)
• Arrival: Must arrive 15 minutes early

Responsibilities

• Unbox electronic shelf label kits and verify all materials are included
• Remove paper price tags from store shelves
• Install new strips, electronic shelf labels, and associated tags in designated departments
• Remove trash from the store and dispose of it in the dumpster
• Palletize excess materials for pickup

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other: 18+, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• Dress Code: Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
