Federal Project Manager

Responsibilities Manage and maintain excellent customer relationships. Clearly document goals, manage expectations, and manage project outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Coordinate data center deployment projects from kickoff to completion. Create and maintain project plans, outlining tasks, milestone dates, and allocation of resources. Understand the operating models of key QTS and QTS Federal stakeholder organizations to promote effective communication. Provide timely and accurate status updates to all customer, partner, and QTS Federal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Own and manage customer project escalations through to resolution, and ensure expectations are clearly set with customer and QTS teams. Assist in the development and maintenance of project methodology to improve QTS Federal services and offerings. Support QTS Federal Leadership in process improvement and process development projects as the company experiences rapid growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 5+ years technical project management or service delivery management experience Experience presenting technical information to executives Experience working on projects within construction, development, or infrastructure environments, or demonstrated familiarity with construction processes and stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Project United States Citizenship Ability to obtain a TS security clearance.
