Production Operator
Kelly is currently looking for reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our client's team in Twin Falls, ID. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and flexibility to work a rotating schedulethis could be your next opportunity!

Schedule
- Must be able to work all shifts:
- Days: 6:00 am 2:00 pm
- Swing: 6:00 pm 10:00 pm
- Nights: 10:00 pm 6:00 am
- Training will be held on day shift for 23 weeks.
- No fixed schedule; assigned based on staffing needs.
- Note: Shifts can be 8 or 12 hours.
What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete ongoing training and learn new skills
- Work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Perform tasks inside and outside under variable conditions (heat, noise, shift work)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- A minimum of 3 years employment and/or schooling (or combination) within the last 4 years
- Availability to work all three rotating shiftsincluding weekends and holidays
- Must be fully cleared to start
- Must complete and pass an interview
