Medical Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring a smooth operation within the clinical setting.

Role Responsibilities

Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
Perform basic administrative and clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, recording patient histories, and preparing examination rooms.
Manage patient flow and ensure a positive patient experience.
Schedule appointments, handle patient inquiries, and maintain accurate medical records.
Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards of care.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program preferred.
Certification from a recognized Medical Assistant certification body is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in basic computer applications and electronic health record systems.
