Working remotely, the full-time Ad Strategist will manage ad designs and deadlines for various publications while collaborating with Area Directors and clients to ensure effective communication and positive experiences. Key responsibilities Strategize and serve as the primary contact for ad designs for clients Maintain strong relationships with Area Directors and clients, ensuring adherence to program specifications Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate ad preparation Required qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Experience in customer service and clear communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively Experience in engaging clients and addressing inquiries via various communication methods
