This position requires constant engagement with patients and their representatives, handling sensitive information with discretion and adhering to privacy protocols. Challenges include navigating high-stress situations and managing complex data under tight deadlines. The specialist collaborates closely with billing, coding, and other registration staff to enhance registration accuracy and address discrepancies. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience in this role.
