1. Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Develop referral sources, network with realtors, mortgage brokers, and community organizations to acquire new leads.
2. Needs-Based Sales: Evaluate client needs and present tailored insurance products, including private passenger auto, homeowners (property & liability), personal umbrella, and individual life insurance.
3. Policy Review & Recommendations: Review existing policies for accuracy, coverage gaps, and limits; recommend modifications or additional coverage.
4. Sales & Marketing: Use creative strategies to convert leads into clients; offer account reviews, endorsements, and rounding opportunities.
5. Liaison Role: Serve as a bridge between clients and insurance carriers, submitting accurate client information for quotes and following up on opportunities.
6. Service Duties: Assist with policy corrections, claims support, and other service-related tasks as needed.
7. Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain detailed, accurate records in agency systems and insurance databases.

• A property & casualty license is required.
• PennDOT Auto Tag experience welcome.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Prior outside Sales Experience. preferable in insurance or financial services, but not required
• Bilingual Spanish a plus, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
