Express Service Writer

What You’ll Do As an Express Service Writer, you’ll help create a smooth and positive experience for our service customers from the moment they arrive until they pick up their vehicle.

• Greet customers and check in their vehicles in a friendly and timely manner
• Communicate regularly with service technicians regarding vehicle status
• Keep customers informed of diagnostic results, service needs, and technician recommendations
• Review and explain recommended maintenance and repairs
• Assist customers throughout the checkout process
• Notify customers promptly when their vehicle is complete, washed, and ready for pickup
• Review and close repair orders with customers
• Help coordinate and manage loaner and rental vehicle schedules
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire service experience
