Shift Timing: 07:00 AM 05:30 PM ( Saturday - Tuesday )

Training: Mon Fri 07:00 AM 3:30 PM for 2 weeks, then you will report to the weekend shift after training.

Associate is responsible for accurate and timely keying of information from images or original documents according to customer instructions. Data keyed must be highly accurate and pass various edits.

Major Responsibilities:

Use full keyboard and numeric pad.
Enter data based on customer instructions and screen prompts
Acknowledge out of balance transactions
Complete all tasks by customer's specified deadlines.
Communicate computer system problems
Other assigned duties
