Position Highlights Join our growing division of 8 endocrinologists, 4 advanced practitioners, 4 fellows, and a support team that includes diabetes educators, RDs, and RNs. Enjoy a combination of clinical care & teaching with a faculty appointment to UMass Chan Medical School‑Baystate. Clinical research and QI, safety, and population science projects are available and encouraged. Great mix of outpatient general endocrinology and inpatient consults, primarily at Baystate Medical Center, a 716‑bed academic hospital in Springfield, MA. Leadership is committed to your professional satisfaction and work/life balance – call is 1:7 weekends and led by endocrine fellows, prorated to FTE. Work with fellows in our endocrine fellowship program, alongside internal medicine and med/peds residents, medical students, and APP students. Our robust program includes a Diabetes Self‑Management Education program, our one‑stop thyroid clinic, and our multidisciplinary thyroid cancer program. Qualifications ABMS BE/BC in Endocrinology.
