What you will be doing Serve as the strategic dedicated recruiter for one or more technical domains, with a specific focus on hiring Responsible Engineers Identify, engage, and evaluate bar-raising technical depth and leadership while screening for strong alignment with Neros’ mission, values, and culture Architect and execute bespoke, highly targeted sourcing strategies to engage top-tier senior candidates Partner with senior engineering and technical leaders across Neros to shape hiring strategy, advise on talent market dynamics, and build the recruiting engine to continue growing our world-class technical team Qualifications / You should have You should have the following 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting within high performance environments such as hyper-growth startups, executive search, or venture capital Exceptional track record of hiring senior hardware engineering talent Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to rapidly and effectively understand and evaluate candidates’ technical backgrounds and skills Expert sourcing and research skills for senior talent, including market mapping, talent intelligence, outbound sequencing, referrals, and community-based strategies Demonstrated ability to build and leverage recruiting analytics to drive decisions and process improvements Ability to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information A strong sense of mission and a desire to have impact at scale Nice to have US Person Nice to have Technical background and skills and/or firsthand experience with drones Experience working with or at high growth, venture-backed startups Experience with defense companies US Salary Salary Range $144,000 - $192,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
