Senior Technical Support Specialist

Benefits & Extras Be the technical backbone for complex Windows and Microsoft environments Own problems from initial escalation through permanent resolution Make a measurable impact by eliminating recurring IT issues Work across five distinct business entities in a diverse IT environment Lead technical response during major incidents and complex escalations Mentor other technicians and raise the overall technical bar Compensation $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience What You'll Be Doing Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, hardware, and cloud issues Support Windows Autopilot and imaging/deployment initiatives Implement approved configurations, remediation, and automation using PowerShell Lead or contribute to major incident resolution Create technical documentation and mentor Systems Technicians What You'll Need to be Considered Hands-on Windows Autopilot and imaging/deployment experience Experience with PXE-based network imaging is a plus Strong Microsoft 365 and Intune administration experience Ability to troubleshoot across endpoint, identity, network, and cloud layers Experience supporting multiple companies or business entities Strong root cause analysis and permanent-fix mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr ITAC Solutions
