Position Overview
The Lead Multifamily Superintendent is responsible for managing the overall field operations of large-scale multifamily construction projects from start to completion. This role oversees site superintendents, subcontractors, and field staff while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field operations for multifamily construction projects.

• Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors and field staff.

• Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

• Implement and enforce jobsite safety programs and procedures.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and project stakeholders.

• Monitor project milestones, schedules, and field productivity.

• Conduct subcontractor meetings and ensure adherence to project timelines.

• Manage inspections, punch lists, and final project completion.

• Mentor and lead assistant superintendents and field staff.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience working for a general contractor on multifamily construction projects.

• Strong background in ground-up multifamily developments.

• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex project schedules.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience managing large-scale residential developments is preferred.
