Print and Binding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Print, collate, bind, and assemble presentation materials (pitch books, reports, client deliverables)
- Ensure all documents meet strict quality standards for formatting, alignment, and overall presentation
- Operate and maintain print and finishing equipment (high-volume printers, cutters, binders, laminators)
- Review materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to distribution
- Manage multiple production requests simultaneously, often with tight turnaround times
- Partner with internal teams to execute on time-sensitive deliverables
- Maintain inventory of paper, binding supplies, and related materials
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in document production, print services, reprographics, or bindery work
- Experience in a corporate, financial services, or legal environment preferred
