Develop and execute growth strategies to expand our client base throughout the region. Mentor and coach current staff members to help them reach their professional goals and improve sales performance. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key insurance carriers to ensure our clients have the best coverage options available. Analyze financial performance and agency metrics to make informed decisions about our future direction. Act as the face of The Atlantic District by representing us at community events and building local partnerships. Requirements Active Rhode Island Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Five or more years of experience managing an insurance book or agency operations. Deep knowledge of carrier relations and underwriting guidelines. Strong track record of mentoring staff and leading sales teams.
