Your responsibilities will include:Operating CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficientlyMonitoring multiple machines and processes simultaneouslyUsing precision measuring equipment including: Micrometers, Calipers, Gauges, Optical Comparators, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)Recording production and quality data within our electronic systemsPerforming routine operator maintenance (TPM)Deburring and reworking parts when necessaryIdentifying opportunities for process improvementMaintaining a clean, organized workstation using 5S principlesFollowing all company safety and quality proceduresWhat We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates are:Detail-oriented and quality focusedDependable and self-motivatedComfortable working with technology and precision equipmentTeam players who communicate effectivelyInterested in continuous improvement and learning new skillsPreferred SkillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirementsExperience using precision measuring equipmentBasic computer proficiencyBasic shop math skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsFrequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reachingRegular lifting up to 10 poundsOccasional lifting up to 50 poundsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbout Moeller AerospaceMoeller Aerospace is a leading manufacturer of precision aerospace components.
