What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services
• Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver comprehensive neonatal care
• Cover evening shifts, with varied schedules including 12- or 24-hour shifts
• Participate in in-house rounds and emergency response sessions
• Support high-acuity infants in NICUs and Level II nurseries
• Assist in delivery room coverage alongside neonatologists
• No transport duties required

What You Need

• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) board certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• At least 2 years of NNP experience preferred
• Upon offer, must hold valid Arizona state license
• Strong neonatal care skills and collaborative team spirit
