Responsibilities:
• Review incoming quote requests and customer orders, ensuring all details are complete and correct before processing.
• Enter, update, and maintain order and customer information across internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to internal departments by preparing documentation and assisting with routine operational tasks.
• Check pricing, order details, and related documentation prior to final submission to help reduce errors.
• Organize and maintain records so information remains current, traceable, and reliable.
• Balance multiple assignments at once while staying on schedule and meeting daily deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal team members regarding order status, questions, and follow-up needs.
• Assist with general office support activities that help keep workflow efficient and organized.• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, order entry, or administrative assistance.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
