Hotel Laundry AttendantAbout the Role

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Hotel Laundry Attendant to join our hospitality team.

The Laundry Attendant plays an important role in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and guest experience. The right candidate takes pride in their work and understands that clean, fresh, properly handled linens are an essential part of maintaining high hotel and brand standards .

We are looking for someone who is reliable, works efficiently, maintains consistent quality, and takes pride in keeping the laundry operation clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and properly handle hotel linens, towels, and other laundry according to hotel standards

• Inspect linens for stains, damage, excessive wear, or other quality issues

• Ensure all clean linens meet high standards for cleanliness, freshness, and presentation

• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely and efficiently

• Properly measure and handle laundry chemicals according to established procedures

• Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and sanitary throughout the shift

• Maintain adequate linen supplies for the housekeeping team

• Deliver and restock clean linens in housekeeping closets and designated areas

• Communicate with housekeeping regarding linen needs and shortages

• Separate damaged or unacceptable linens and report them to the supervisor

• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

• Work efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail

Requirements

• Previous hotel laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is preferred
  
  
• Experience in a branded or higher-standard hotel is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable operating commercial laundry equipment or willing to learn

• Able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift

• Ability to lift approximately 30–50 lbs
  
  
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
  
  
• Flexible with scheduling based on hotel occupancy and business needs
