Let’s explore how we can support your growth and help you take the next step in your career, while contributing to an exciting new chapter for Mott MacDonald in North America.Mott MacDonald is expanding its Water practice in North America, and we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team of seller - doers in Denver, CO.In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, providing both technical leadership and project management across the full project lifecycle—from planning and design through construction and commissioning. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work closely with clients, regulators, and partners to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.Key responsibilities:Lead and manage water and wastewater treatment projects from concept through delivery including financial performanceProvide process engineering expertise, including treatment plant design and optimizationManage project scope, schedule, and budgets, ensuring successful deliveryCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, and stakeholdersDevelop and review technical reports, design documents, and specificationsBuild and maintain strong client relationships and support business development effortsMentor and support the development of junior engineersEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesCandidate Specification:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering and project managementStrong experience in process design for treatment facilities, pump stations, and conveyance systems Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD LT and RevitProven ability to deliver projects across planning, design, and construction phases Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Colorado preferred or ability to obtain)Demonstrated experience managing teams, budgets, and client relationshipsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Benefits & RewardAt Mott MacDonald, our employees have a stake and a voice in our business, providing them with a direct connection to our success through our personal and group performance bonuses. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.The expected salary for this position is $140,000 - $171,000.
