Salary: $95,000–$105,000 | Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm | Full-time

Position Overview

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of a nursing unit in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility. This role provides leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports high-quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and daily unit operations
• Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and facility policies
• Oversee care plans, clinical documentation, and chart audits
• Provide leadership, coaching, and clinical support to nursing staff
• Address resident and family concerns professionally
• Maintain appropriate staffing and unit supply levels
• Collaborate with administration and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Active NY Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Prior RN Supervisor or Unit Manager experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic computer and EMR documentation skills

Schedule & Compensation

• Salary: $95,000–$105,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm
• Day shift leadership role
