NOW HIRING!! Licensed Therapist (LCMHC/LCSW/Psychologist) — Trauma-Informed Care | EMDR Trained| Wilmington, NC | $70-140/hr

We are a well-established Wilmington private practice (20 years), hiring a full-time contractor therapist. We handle referrals, billing, scheduling, and admin so you can focus on clinical work.

**60% of collected revenue (approx. $70–140/hr depending on service/payer; most full-time LCSW/LCMHC clinicians here average around $77/hr)

What we're looking for:
**Active North Carolina license (LCMHC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
**Comfortable with trauma-focused work; EMDR trained or willing to complete training
**A diverse caseload — adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns; interest in first responder/public safety populations a plus
**Able to sustain a full caseload (~25 sessions/week)
