I opened my agency in 2025 after previously working as a State Farm team member. Insurance has always been a part of my life - I'm a second-generation State Farm agent, as my mother has been an agent for over 30 years. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance and am passionate about helping customers protect what matters most. Our agency is actively involved in the community through local sponsorships, including golf outings, youth sports, and outreach organizations. We offer PTO, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance as we continue to grow our team. Our office culture is supportive, collaborative, and fun. We genuinely enjoy working together and helping each other succeed. I'm looking for someone who is hardworking, trustworthy, positive, and eager to grow. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
