Base Pay is $42,000 with the average sales rep earning up to $85,000+ a year with commission.

Responsibilities- Engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
- Educate individuals and families on appropriate insurance coverage options.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals and quotes.
- Nurture client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive agency success.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
- Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Entry level college graduate
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
