DISPATCHER

Seeking a talented individual capable of multi-tasking. Applicant should be organized, detail-oriented, and ready to start each day with a positive attitude. Primary job role will be dispatching/scheduling for our 20+ technicians. Secondary tasks may include assisting in office‑related tasks such as organizing & filing paperwork and logging checks. The role requires retaining information on multiple tasks, procedures, and the abilities of our technicians. Multi‑tasking is essential and the ability to handle oneself in a noisy environment while maintaining professionalism is required. Must be capable of working with Apple products (iOS and Mac) including Numbers and Pages. Knowledge of the Foothills and surrounding areas is a plus. Our hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required, and a $2.00 shift differential is offered for weekend shift hours. This is a full‑time position with benefits after a probationary period. Pay is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour and may be negotiable based on experience. The position is in‑person; remote work is not available.
