Location: Anacortes, WA / Onsite
Schedule: Full Time / Days
Salary Range: $19.52 $29.00 per hour
Shift Differentials:
- Night Differential - $2.75
- Evening Differential - $2.25
- Weekend Differential - $1.50
The Cashier is responsible for posting payments received from insurance companies to patient's accounts, computing contractual allowances, and balancing batches with deposit records each day.
What you will be doing:
- Accurately codes and manually and electronically posts payments and maintains required records, reports and files.
- Reconciles daily cash
- Backs up other cashiers
- Balances cash drawer
- Maintains strictest confidentiality
- Performs related work as required
What you will bring to the role:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year cashiering experience, especially in the medical field, is preferred.
- Bookkeeping experience
- Math skills
