CareVet of Southern Illinois is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, multi-doctor team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice thoughtful, high-quality medicine in a supportive environment with a loyal client base and experienced staff. Pay Range - The position offers a base salary range of $100,000–$130,000 (depending on experience and location), along with a $60,000 signing bonus package. Your Role as an Associate Veterinarian This is a clinical role within a respected, multi-doctor hospital where teamwork and support are key. You will: Deliver high-quality care across a diverse small animal caseload Collaborate with experienced veterinarians and a skilled support staff Build strong client relationships and clearly communicate treatment plans Participate in case discussions and shared medical decision-making Explore your interests in surgery, dentistry, or medicine at your own pace Contribute to a positive and team-oriented culture You’ll have the support of experienced doctors and leadership, allowing you to grow your skills while maintaining autonomy in your practice.
