ETL DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid Work Arrangement: Onsite 3+ days/weekJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines supporting AI-powered customer operations and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, and Alteryx.Build cloud-based data workflows across GCP and AWS.Develop pipelines supporting AI Ops, Agentic AI, and Conversational AI use cases.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and scalability.Implement data quality, error handling, orchestration, and production support best practices.Collaborate with data architects, AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.Create reusable frameworks, standards, and technical documentation.Required Skills7+ years of ETL/ELT development or data engineering experience.Strong hands-on experience with Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, and Alteryx.Strong knowledge of GCP and AWS data services.Experience building large-scale, cloud-based ETL pipelines.Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and pipeline orchestration.Production troubleshooting and performance optimization experience.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
