Development Assistant (A1473752AG) Boston, Massachusetts Salary: USD25 - USD26 per hour This part-time Development Assistant opportunity offers $26/hour for approximately 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule (ideally 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday). The position is onsite in Cambridge, MA and supports the fundraising and donor relations efforts of a nonprofit higher education/Jewish campus organization . This is an 8+ week contract assignment with potential to convert into a full-time permanent role, and the hiring process consists of a single video interview. Responsibilities: Communicate with students, alumni, families, donors, staff, and visitors Update and maintain spreadsheets and donor databases Draft correspondence including emails, letters, and thank you notes Assist with fundraising events and campaign administration Track donor information and manage follow-up outreach Support administrative projects related to development and fundraising initiatives Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling meetings Coordinate catering and event setup Process and reconcile expense reports Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Administrative support experience preferred Proficiency with spreadsheets and database management Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details Strong organizational and customer service skills Comfortable interacting with donors, students, alumni, and senior staff Event coordination and scheduling experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
