Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as an Interactive System QA Analyst . In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously testing the responsiveness, functionality, and overall quality of complex interactive digital systems, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across various touchpoints and modalities.
Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed quality assurance test plans for interactive systems (e.g., immersive experiences, educational platforms, smart devices).
- Identify and document any bugs, performance issues, or glitches related to interactive elements and system responses.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to communicate findings and ensure effective resolution.
- Verify that interactive system components function as intended across diverse devices and input methods.
- Submit comprehensive reports on interactive system quality, responsiveness, and user experience.
Requirements:
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for interactive design and complex system functionality.
- Comfort with working tools and familiarity with various interactive technologies and protocols.
- Prior experience in interactive media QA, system testing, or similar interactive software testing is highly valued.
- Stable internet connection and access to a range of devices for testing interactive systems.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on interactive design, user flow, and system integration.
