Office Manager

About the Role: Seaton Paving & Sitework is looking for a driven and organized Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly in Fort Myers, FL. This is a key behind-the-scenes role where your attention to detail and leadership will directly support our field crews and growing business. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office operations, administrative functions, and office staff coordination Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and job cost tracking Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Coordinate subcontractor agreements, vendor relationships, and purchase orders Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and contract administration Maintain compliance records, insurance certificates, and licensing documentation Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and client communications professionally Requirements: 3+ years of office management experience, preferably in construction, paving, or a related trade industry Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting/job costing software Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping principles Experience with payroll processing and HR administrative functions Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) About Us: Seaton Paving & Sitework is a trusted name in the Southwest Florida construction industry, delivering high-quality paving and sitework solutions to residential, commercial, and municipal clients throughout the Fort Myers area.
