About Cactus Jack’s Auto

Cactus Jack’s Auto is a growing used-vehicle retailer focused on helping customers find dependable transportation while providing financing solutions designed to serve a broad range of credit situations. Today, we operate across  Arizona and Texas in four major markets — Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas, and Fort Worth .

And we’re continuing to grow. Cactus Jack’s has recently secured  two new Super Center locations in Houston, Texas , scheduled to open by the end of the year, expanding our presence into a fifth major market.

As we grow, our focus remains on building strong teams, developing our people, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and creating career opportunities for individuals who want to grow with us.

Prior automotive experience is not required. If you have successfully led people in sales, retail, hospitality, financial services, call centers, or another performance-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

Cactus Jack’s Auto is looking for motivated, competitive, customer-focused individuals to join our team as  Bilingual Sales Specialists .

Cactus Jack’s invests heavily in digital marketing that generates a consistent flow of customer leads. Your job is to work those opportunities exceptionally well — respond quickly, communicate consistently, nurture leads, schedule appointments, deliver a great customer experience, and close sales.

What You'll Do Work the Leads We Provide

You will:

• Respond quickly to new customer leads.
• Call, text, and email prospective customers.
• Consistently follow up with customers who have not yet purchased.
• Use our CRM to organize and manage your customer pipeline.
• Schedule customer appointments.
• Confirm upcoming appointments.
• Follow up with missed appointments.
• Re-engage customers who previously expressed interest.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes.
• Properly disposition every lead.

We generate the opportunity. Your responsibility is to maximize it.

Turn Leads Into Appointments

Successful Sales Specialists know how to turn conversations into action.

You will learn how to:

• Build rapport.
• Ask effective questions.
• Understand customer needs.
• Explain the value of visiting the dealership.
• Create appropriate urgency.
• Ask for the appointment.
• Overcome common objections.
• Follow through consistently.

Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience

When customers arrive, your focus is on the person in front of you.

You will:

• Welcome customers and make them feel comfortable.
• Understand what they are trying to accomplish.
• Help identify vehicles that fit their needs.
• Present vehicles and facilitate test drives.
• Guide customers through our established sales process.
• Communicate clearly throughout the transaction.
• Work closely with the General Sales Manager.
• Maintain professionalism throughout the experience.

Close Sales

This is a sales role, and performance matters.

We will coach and develop you in:

• Building rapport.
• Presenting value.
• Handling objections.
• Asking for the sale.
• Following a consistent sales process.
• Working collaboratively with your manager.
• Following up with customers who do not purchase on their first visit.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

How Performance Is Measured

These metrics help you and your manager understand what is working, where opportunities are being lost, and how you can improve.
