What You’ll Do

As a General Manager, you will:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-energy team
Own restaurant performance (sales, labor, food cost, and profitability)
Drive food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Ensure every guest leaves impressed
Execute and maintain secret shopper + brand standards
Build a culture of accountability, energy, and ownership

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of restaurant or fast-casual management experience
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Strong focus on food safety & customer experience
Hands-on leader (not afraid to jump on the grill or register)
High standards, high energy, and results-driven mindset
ServSafe Certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Bonus potential is 1/2 of your salary broken out quarterly. If your salary is 60k/yr, your bonus potential is 30k/year, potential bonus a quarter would be 7.5k
$60K – $65K+ annually (base + bonus potential)
