Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, linens, and serviceware
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout the event
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assist with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness during and after events
• Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and procedures
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Any and all tasks assigned by leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banquet or fine dining service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
