Job Description
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00) with every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Position may float between units. Block schedules are approved but not required. Expected patient ratios are 1:5.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing.
• Seasoned traveler status is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to individuals in a medical surgical/telemetry setting.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health and wellness strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately.
