Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations using standardized assessment tools to analyze patients' physical capabilities and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, incorporating patient goals and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, demonstrating proficiency in diverse treatment methodologies, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education regarding treatment plans and expected outcomes, ensuring their involvement in goal-setting.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly and in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will primarily work with adults and children suffering from a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including but not limited to scoliosis, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
