Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering, tooling, automation, and project teams
Oversee mold design, repairs, maintenance, and process optimization
Manage new program launches from quoting through production
Support injection molding process troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Review RFQs and develop accurate tooling, labor, and production cost estimates
Drive automation projects including robotics and secondary operations integration
Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and sales teams
Mentor and develop engineering staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Plastics, or related field preferred
7+ years of injection molding manufacturing experience
3+ years of engineering leadership/management experience
Strong expertise in mold design, process optimization, and tooling
Experience with automation, robotics, and project management
Knowledge of scientific molding, lean manufacturing, APQP/PPAP preferred

Preferred Skills:

Injection molding process development
Mold design review
Automation integration
CAD and ERP/MRP systems
Continuous improvement methodologies
