You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on a Hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities Be involved with all phases of design from concept to deployment Be part of a multi‑discipline engineering team developing exciting new life safety products for the connected world Collaborate with engineers and developers from around the globe Work in an Agile environment & create user stories in Jira Attend Daily Scrum meetings Develop code and verify functionality of the coding Qualifications A Bachelor of Science degree 1+ years of embedded firmware development and/or troubleshooting Benefits We offer a competitive salary (annual base salary range $73,900 - $90,000) plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes employer subsidised Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, EAP, Educational Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, and 12 Paid Holidays.
