MD Now Urgent Care is seeking a full‑time board‑certified family medicine, med/peds or emergency medicine physician to join our Marion County (Lady Lake) and surrounding clinic locations. Qualifications Comfortable seeing patients aged three months and older Board certified Have or willing to obtain Florida state medical licensure Comfortable managing conditions commonly seen in an urgent care setting, including simple laceration repairs and I&D of abscesses Benefits Excellent compensation, including competitive hourly rate and quarterly bonuses Flexible hours with great work/life balance Outpatient only with no hospital rounds or ER call Comprehensive benefits package PTO including paid time off for CME Paid medical malpractice Sign‑On Bonus offered About MD Now Urgent Care MD Now is the largest and fastest growing provider of urgent care in Florida, founded in 2005 with 112+ locations.
