Pricing Specialist

Assist in the execution of the Price Authorization Request (PAR) process by performing administrative and coordination activities in alignment with direction from pricing managers Manage the department email inbox by reviewing incoming communications, prioritizing requests, and routing them to the appropriate team members for timely resolution Coordinate pricing requests across internal teams to support timely and efficient completion Review pricing inputs for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established guidelines Serve as a point of contact for general pricing inquiries, escalating or redirecting as appropriate Support system testing and process updates related to pricing tools and platforms Assist in organizing, updating, and maintaining pricing process documentation to ensure materials remain current Requirements Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Power Point Excellent and clear communication High attention to detail and thorough Experience with applying mathematical operations to data sets, including weighted averages Previous pricing or negotiation experience Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing pricing processes and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
