Caregiver Home Health Aide

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Caregiver/Home Health Aide to become apart of our dynamic team!You will provide ADL assistanceto consumersinthe consumer's home. Responsibilities: Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities Monitor and report changes in consumerhealth status Provide personal care, such as bathingand dressing Provide individualized care following a modified care plan Medication maintenance Teach family membersways to assist consumers Qualifications: Experience in hospice,home health, or other related fields Positive and patient demeanor Ability to build rapport with consumers Ability to handle physical workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description We believe our consumers deserve home care services delivered with compassion, excellence, and professionalism, our Kind Healing LLC core values.
