About the Fan Engagement Coordinator

The Fan Engagement Coordinator manages and executes day-to-day fan engagement efforts across Audiochuck's content and platforms. This role serves as a key connection point between the brand and its audience, helping strengthen relationships with our community while supporting fan club operations and engagement initiatives.

This position collaborates cross-functionally to enhance the overall fan experience, ensuring communication is thoughtful, responsive, and aligned with Audiochuck's voice and values.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily listener engagement across multiple fan platforms
• Respond to fan inquiries in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned manner
• Monitor shared inboxes and maintain consistent communication across channels
• Upload and maintain fan club announcements and content collections
• Maintain the Fan Engagement department calendar
• Support fan club initiatives, including coordination with external partners on mailers
• Manage inbound and outbound fan mail and packages
• Coordinate shipping logistics and maintain necessary supplies
• Assist with merch initiatives, including shoot preparation and supply coordination
• Support campaign logistics tied to fan engagement efforts
• Gather and organize weekly episode feedback data
• Track and share fan feedback and audience insights with internal teams
• Log and track escalations and key fan engagement activities
• Support internal processes and cross-functional projects related to fan engagement

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, community management, or fan engagement
• Strong social media proficiency and comfort engaging across digital platforms
• Excellent written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Passion for community building and fan experience
• Familiarity with Audiochuck content is a plus
