Role Description The Insurance Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Marble Falls, TX. In this position, the associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable Allstate products, including auto, home, and other personal lines of coverage. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing quotes, explaining policy options and coverage details, and assisting clients with policy changes and renewals. The role also involves following up on leads, maintaining accurate documentation in the agency’s systems, and contributing to sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship building. The Insurance Sales Associate will collaborate with the agency team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support overall business growth. Qualifications Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and present appropriate coverage options. Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices, or a willingness to learn and obtain required licenses. Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a client-focused approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. Comfort with basic computer applications and agency management systems; ability to learn new tools quickly. State insurance license (Property & Casualty) preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
