What You’ll Do (Opportunities Within Our Organization) Depending on experience and alignment, physicians could step into the following roles: Collaborating Physician / Supervision Physician (for NPs and PAs) Fractional Medical Directorship Compliance Advisor What You Should Bring MD or DO with an active medical license in all 40+ U.S. states ( Near-50-state licensure is ideal, but not strictly required) Comfort collaborating with NPs/PAs. Expertise in Psychiatry (Board certification in Psychiatry is ideal) Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to high-quality clinical care.
