MEP Superintendent

MEP Superintendent A well-established and growing construction management firm is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join its team in Wilmington, Delaware. This role is critical to the successful execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Job Description Manage day-to-day on-site MEP operations across all project phases Coordinate and supervise MEP subcontractors to ensure schedule adherence and quality performance Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and constructability Lead MEP coordination meetings with project stakeholders Identify and proactively resolve field conflicts and coordination issues Ensure all MEP installations comply with applicable codes, safety regulations, and company standards Monitor project schedules and provide updates on MEP progress Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews Support commissioning, testing, and turnover processes Collaborate with project management on budgeting, procurement, and change management MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
