Part-time position with potential to become full-time as Impact PBS continues to grow and our workload increases. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team.

This position combines creative support and customer care , with the primary focus on supporting our Creative Lead with digital proofs and helping provide excellent customer service. You will learn a little bit of everything as you become familiar with our products, processes, and how our team serves our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing digital proofs for customers.
• Support with phones and customer inquiries, including questions about products, ordering, shipping, turnaround times, and general information.
• Build positive, lasting relationships with customers through friendly, thoughtful service.
• Provide light general office support.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
• Is friendly and personable, communicates clearly and professionally, and takes pride in the quality of their work and the customer experience they provide.
• Is dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
• Understands the urgency of a busy production environment and is adaptable and flexible, with an understanding that priorities can shift as production needs change.
• Takes initiative, follows through, and is willing to step in where needed.
