Be one of the first to apply — offer rates tend to be higher at this stage Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with 1 year of OR experience and BLS/ACLS certification for a 13-week travel assignment. Details Surgery unit with 4 operating rooms Staffed with 5-6 RNs and 1 CNC per day shift; night shift is call coverage only Shifts are (5) 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday, with possible (4) 10-hour shifts if staffing allows Uses daVinci Xi, Hologic Trident, Stryker laparoscopic towers, Hana table, and Olympus Cystoscopy Tower No floating required Call coverage required with full-time staff rotation, approximately 5 shifts including 1 weekend and evening weekday coverage Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certification required Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience required Meditech experience preferred Prior HCA experience preferred US SSN and DOB required for consideration No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months Additional Information Perform circulating and scrub duties for orthopedic, general, colorectal, urological, and gynecological surgeries including robotic, laparoscopic, and open procedures Responsibilities include pulling case carts, providing family updates by phone or Surgical Symphony text, lunch/break relief, and acting as second nurse/support for after-hours recovery nurse Facility-dispensed scrubs required Candidates must be positive, proactive, efficient, and work well within a team Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
