Job Description:
- Assemble connection kits and controls according to work orders, customer pick slips, and Bills of Material.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure assemblies meet specifications and quality requirements.
- Package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with procedures.
- Deliver completed orders to the shipping department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and actively maintain 6S standards to support a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or production experience
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, work orders, and pick slips
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Attention to detail and quality inspection experience
- Ability to follow standardized processes and safety procedures
- Experience using hand tools and measurement devices
- Dependable attendance and teamwork
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Maintain clean and organized work area (6S / safety standards)
