Lead Installer - New Construction Requirements:

5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation.
Ability to install various makes and models of commercial and residential air conditioning systems.
Skilled soldering of copper lines is required.
Blueprint interpretation skills are required.
Provide your tools.
Capable of lifting heavy equipment, squatting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, and working in the outside Southwest Florida climate conditions.
Able to use our in-house electronic system to document and communicate all work-related activities.
Adherence to all work safety policies and procedures.
A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Lead Installer - New Construction Duties:

Lead installation teams in installing new HVAC systems in our New Construction division with efficiency and accuracy.
Utilize HVAC and construction expertise to excel in the role.
Install various air conditioning systems, solder copper lines, interpret blueprints, and lift heavy equipment.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, possess a valid driver's license, and pass required checks and tests.
