Dining Room Supervisor

Overview Waverly Gardens is seeking a full‑time Dining Room Supervisor to oversee daily meal service, menu planning, food safety compliance, documentation, cleaning, and resident care conferences. The position is located at 5919 Centerville Road, North Oaks, MN 55127. Hours are Monday‑Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with occasional weekend hours as needed. Responsibilities Oversee and assist with meal preparation and service based on established menus, policies, procedures, and best practices. Solicit and incorporate customer feedback to improve meal quality and satisfaction. Assist with menu planning. Maintain accurate meal documentation records per procedures. Assist with cleaning of equipment and work areas. Participate in resident care conferences as assigned. Qualifications High school or equivalent education; preferred completion of a food service supervisor course or Certified Dietary Manager certification. At least one year of food service experience in a restaurant, health care, or senior services setting. Knowledge of state and federal food‑handling and kitchen regulations (Serve Safe Certification) and food service operations. Flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members, visitors, and the general public. Alignment with PHS mission and operating philosophies. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Pay Range Estimated starting pay: $25.46 - $27.41 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and market conditions.
